The artist who publishes content via Tunefry Music Distributor is solely responsible and liable for its content.

Tunefry marketplace believes that information, opinions, and views of the content shall not be construed as opinions of the platform.

If any copyright issue arises, Tunefry shall not be liable for whatsoever error or negligence of content published by artists.

Once a plan is purchased by the customer, no changes can be made afterward.

Tunefry affirms a no-refund policy wherein customers will not be able to get any compensation after buying any services.

Tunefry grants records and analytics of songs published to the artists.

Royalties will be distributed to artists at regular intervals without any substantial question of law.

Tunefry will protect the financial interests of artists.

Artists are not required to maintain regular membership for song streaming.

Once published via Tunefry, songs remain available for lifetime on different platforms.

In cases of copyright infringement, Tunefry reserves the right to takedown artist content.

Tunefry will not be responsible for any legal actions resulting from copyright violations.
